2025 Personal Income Tax Return Preparation

We will be back to help with preparing your 2025 tax returns starting on February 2, 2026

This website will be open with full functionality/scheduling on January 19, 2026

Our phone lines will be staffed from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, starting on January 19, 2026

We are doing an in-person process this year. You will schedule one appointment and we will complete your tax preparation with you during that time.

We are working on the following schedule at these library branches:

• Mondays at Clemmons Branch at 6365 James St., Clemmons, NC 27102 (9AM-4:30PM)

• Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Reynolda Manor Branch at 2839 Fairlawn Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27106 (9AM-1PM)

• Thursdays at Central Branch at 660 W 5th St., Winston-Salem, NC 27101 (9AM-1PM)

• Fridays (Feb 6 to Feb 27) at Clemmons Branch at 6365 James St., Clemmons, NC 27102 (9AM-3:30PM)

• Fridays (starting on Mar 6) at Southside Branch at 3185 Buchanan St., Winston-Salem, NC 27127 (9AM-1PM)
